How We Look After You
Meetings - at our first meeting we will be trying to find out all about you, the services you require and how
we can best help you. Since we'll be mainly listening to you, don't expect to be billed for this. Going
forward, we always welcome the chance to chat with you, be it over the phone or in person. We recognise
that you can be busy during normal office hours therefore we can visit you at home in the evening if
required.
Service standards - we will always respond to your enquiries as soon as possible and ensure we are always
accessible: either by email or on the phone. We aim to deliver a prompt and efficient service.
Work on time - Everytime!
Tax planning - as part of the service, we will carry out a tax planning review every year as part of the work
we carry out to ensure you are maximizing the opportunities available to you.
Fees protection - we work in partnership with Abbey Tax Protection, the UK’s leading provider of tax
investigation insurance. This allows us to provide an opt-in subscription based service to our clients which
can cover fee costs in the event of a HM Revenue & Customs investigation.
